Total Football School (TFS) is the FIRST football school in Indonesia to integrate technology into grassroots football training, designed for children aged 4–12 years. Inspired by the Dutch Total Football philosophy, we believe that football is not just about running and scoring — it’s about building players who think, adapt, and grow with the game.
At TFS, tradition meets innovation. We combine the discipline and values of European-style coaching with modern tools that help track each child’s development. Our focus is not only on technique, but also on shaping confidence, teamwork, and game understanding from an early age.
We are committed to developing the next generation of young footballers — not just skilled on the pitch, but also resilient, self-aware, and ready for the challenges ahead.
Good football starts with the basics — passing, controlling, shooting, positioning. At TFS, we focus on clean technique from day one, helping kids understand not just how to do it, but why it matters in the game.
We believe football is a way to shape who kids become — not just how they play. Through every session, they learn discipline, teamwork, resilience, and how to win and lose with respect.
At TFS, every player’s journey is tracked with TFS Tracker. From ball control to passing accuracy and physical speed, we record each child’s development. It helps coaches give better feedback, and parents see exactly how their child is improving, week by week.
Total Football was born in the Netherlands and changed how the game is played and understood.
Popularized by Johan Cruyff, this philosophy teaches intelligence, adaptability, and teamwork. It challenges players to think, move, and make decisions beyond their fixed roles on the field.
In this system, every player is taught to be versatile.
A defender can step into midfield, an attacker can press from the back, and every child learns how to support the team dynamically. It’s about understanding the whole game — not just their position.
